important to dry Kennett Square mushrooms rather than buy in
bulk from a foreign country and put The Mushroom Cap label on
them. After all we are known as “The Mushroom Capital of the
World” aren’t we? How could we sell foreign mushrooms? After
drying Kennett Square shiitake, maitake, oyster and portabella
mushrooms for powder (great for flavoring your favorite dishes),
I decided to dry white mushrooms. I found out that I could enjoy
them as a snack! I then decided to season them. The rest is
